This dude is a smart player with a good motor, but he has some pretty big flaws. He will sometime predetermine where he is going to help out and he has a terrible habit of trying to scan the field while he is blocking. If he can learn to switch these, limiting where he looks while blocking and expanding where he looks before contact, he will fare a lot better.
