Defense Rankings

  1. WFT
They are just stacked everywhere. It is scary how good they can be.
  2. Buccaneers
They have a great front 7, and if their young secondary takes the next step, this defense can be even better than it was next year.
  3. Dolphins
The Dolphins have re-signed Howard, and he is a turnover machine. Their defense should be great yet again.
  4. Broncos
This secondary is going to be special and if Chubb and Miller can stay healthy up front, that’s a hell of a pass rush. They also have a good ILB in Johnson. Gonna be a great year for this defense.
  5. Ravens
The Ravens always have a top defense, and with Houston and Oweh (though speed-rushing didn’t fit this scheme last year) on the edge, they may have a pass rush. They definitely have big men on the inside, a good secondary, and young backers with some skill.
  6. Patriots
Before Gilmore it was announced that Gilmore will miss time, my epithet was “The Patriots have a great depth chart and great coaching, and I think that this defense can potentially not only be number one, but be historic.”, and they were third on my list. Now, they are 6th.
  7. Rams
The Rams have two corners, Donald- who makes the whole dline good, and generally good talent.
  8. Jets
Soleh inherited some good players and brought in the rest, and we all know how good of a coach he is.
  9. Niners
They lost Soleh, but man this defense is well-built.
  10. Colts
The Colts defense has a lot of talent and is going to show out.
  11. Browns
The Browns overhauled this defense, and I think they did a fantastic job of it.
  12. Steelers
The Steelers will struggle this year, but they still have enough playmakers to put up fantasy numbers.
  13. Bills
The Bills have a ton of talent, and as long as they can stay healthy, they will be a great defense.
  14. Saints
The Saints have too many top guys to not be an interesting fantasy defense.

Streaming defenses is always a possibility as well.
