Kenny has good pocket presence, a good arm, and can do some nice things with his legs. He gets into trouble when he tries to be too creative, and can be a tad slow on progressions, but he is also by far the most pro-ready QB in this class. Putting him in a PA-boot system and channeling his creativity through his legs should help a team get the most out him in year one while they help him grow into a complete NFL quarterback.
